Quick summary:
So, Nodame is practicing with Stresemann together with the orchestra for her debut. She keeps telling Stesemann what to do with the harmony and all and Stresemann just keeps saying yes to her. Elise and Oliver was wondering who is she since she has no previous concert experience but she's doing very well while practicing. Oliver commented that her technique is good and she got personality. Stresemann told them that she's like that because she has learned a lot from watching Chiaki conduct. Elise, hearing Chiaki's name, realized that she's Chiaki's girlfriend.
On the day of the performance, Chiaki found himself in London and is going to watch Nodame perform. The chapter ends with Stresemann calling Nodame to perform.

Thoughts:
I was waiting for so long for this chapter and already read spoilers and stuff. However, nothing beats seeing Chiaki's dumbfounded expression. I was so mad at him in chapter 123 because he is so damn dense.
Am I so bad because I was actually happy that Nodame is debuting with Stresemann and not with Chiaki. It is well known that Nodame's dream is to perform with Chiaki and I'm sure Chiaki will be affected with the fact that Nodame's not performing with him and even NOT telling him all about it. If it wasn't for Elise calling him, he wouldn't find out that Nodame's finally debuting.
I want Nodame to finally have space from Chiaki because it looked like her world revolved around him. She entered a competition because of him, she went to Paris because of him. Well, except for the time when she had her recital, she was actually just following Chiaki.
And Chiaki, though I'm sure has feelings for her (heck, he might actually really love her), has ignored her a lot of times. Now, it's Chiaki's turn to realize how important Nodame is in his life.
How cliche, right? Who cares?
